THERMISTOR:



                                          THERMISTOR IS A KNOW AS A VARIABLE RESISTOR BUT THERMISTOR RESISTANCE VARY WITH TEMPERATURE.

MATERIAL USE FOR MAKING THERMISTOR:
1).SEMICONDUCTING MATERIAL     FOR N-TYPE DOPING: TITANIUM AND  FERRIC OXIDE. AND FOR P-TYPE DOPING: NICKLE OXIDE AND LITHIUM        
WORKING OF NTC:
WHEN TEMPERATURE WILL BE INCREASE THE NUMBER OF ELECTRON IN SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL GO TO CONDUCTION BAND.WHEN MORE AND MORE ELECTRON REACH CONDUCTION BAND SO THE MAJORITY CHARGE CURRENT FLOW THROUGH THE THERMISTOR. 

TWO TYPE OF THERMISTOR:
1) POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT
2) NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT

1) POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT
IN POSITIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT RESISTANCE WILL BE INCREASE WHEN TEMPERATURE INCREASE AND RESISTANCE WILL BE DECREASE WHEN TEMPERATURE DECREASE. THIS TYPE OF RESISTANCE USE INFUSE.

2) NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT
 NEGATIVE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT THERMISTOR IS KNOW AS A NTC. IN NTC THERMISTOR RESISTANCE INCREASE WHEN TEMPERATURE DECREASE OR RESISTANCE DECREASE WHEN TEMPERATURE INCREASE.
